Rozhodn\u011b pokud sportujete intenzivn\u011b, m\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 trp\u011bt r\u016fzn\u00fdmi \u00fanavov\u00fdmi syndromy a m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Tohle se v\u00e1m u t\u011bch rekrea\u010dn\u00edch st\u00e1t nem\u016f\u017ee.
